CREATED STRATEGY TO LAUNCH NEW REVENUE STREAMS o Created $25 million dollar business - launched the in-store experience, procedures, tools and measurements for the initial launch of in-store gaming software trade-in. o Developed the sales plan, trainings and tools that supported Best Buy's entry into selling eReaders in-store and online which is now a $60 million business. PROJECT MANAGEMENT DRIVES RESULTS o Led and managed a retail leadership conference of over 1,200 attendees that prepared and trained store leaders on the business priorities, goals and tools needed to successfully execute the holiday season with a budget of over $4 million. o Created a clearance event sales plan that resulted in a 20 percent year over year increase in total Company comparable sales. o Led a team to create and build and manage the communication vehicles and tools that are utilized to inform and support field and store leadership with the strategic and tactical plans necessary to run the business CROSS FUNCTIONAL STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS o Represented the Home Business Group and had a major role in developing and authoring and communicating the Company's holiday plan that resulted in the reversal of eight negative comparable sales quarters.
